This is RadioRaft operating in its default searching mode. What it's doing is repeatedly
trying out all the available options to try and find a match with what ever is coming in
via the interface. Because all the decoding routines have been written in machine code it
is able to do this amazingly quickly. This is probably the single most significant feature
that sets RadioRaft apart from the competition.
... Another really impressive point is that you don't even have to tune very accurately as RadioRaft has a frequency tracking option...

Optimisé car écrit en assembleur, fonctionnant sous DOS dans un environnement minimum, RadioRaft est un petit bijou qui ne restera pas longtemps inconnu...
Lorsque vous lancez RadioRaft, il se met automatiquement en scanning de mode : il tente d'analyser le signal que vous lui soumettez et, si celui-ci n'est pas trop exotique et figure dans la liste des modes que le programme sait décoder, comme par magie, sans aucune intervention de l'opérateur, il se verrouillera dessus (mode, sens du shift et vitesse !). C'est déjà spectaculaire... ...vous aurez compris que ce déocdeur est purement génial !...
... le fonctionnement automatique de RadioRaft, la reconnaissance et le décodage de si
nombreux codes et un prix modeste en font un produit que tout amateur d'écoute se devra
de posséder.

earlier worked with the H... software and some other programs, but your program have a lot
more modes and other nice features to a price affordable for all listeners.

Having overcome all v3 registration problems with your help, I was a bit concerned at the number of error characters in decoding Baudot & Sitor B from the weather / nav stations. I re-installed v2.13 and arranged to switch between the two software versions within the same messages, all other things equal. On average the later version produces about twice the error rate!
[I got 2 or 3 such emails. On some PC, the new version seems worst than the previous. The problem is not yet identified. ]

1/ équipé d'un portable digital hinote ct 450 tout fonctionne
normalement par contre sur le deuxième micro le logiciel ne reconnais pas le signal
2/ ce micro était equipé d'un AMD 300 mhz ,suite à votre documentation l'AMD n'était
pas conseillé ,donc je l'ai remplacé par un pentium 100 Mhz toujours les memes

I checked it out at once yesterday evening, but unfortunately it did NOT work. I know that my equipment is OK because h... works. It's a pity, because the new radioraf looks so good and I would really like to have it working and register.
[These 3 messages refer to an old RadioRaft bug that remains from the previous
version. It occurs generally on PCs with AMD microprocessors. Despite a hard work, I
failed to remove the bug.]

[VE2MHF wrote to Megahertz Magazine. Quite satisfied user of the version 2.13, he failed to create a diskette from the menu "File/Create a disk" in version 3. The problem is now identified: diskettes formatted by Windows or from trade can cause dysfunctionning. It is cured by formatting the diskette with the MsDOS command: FORMAT A: /U. F6FLT]

repete cette meme operation sur les 6 HP du bureau et exactement le meme probleme pas de
numero de serie...
J'ai paye pour une mise a jour de la version 2.13 (qui marchait si bien) pour la version

Be carefull with Radio Raft 3, the new protection system invented by Mr Guillet does not works and is dangerous for your computer hardware. I downloaded 3 times the software, installed 3 times the free version and each time asked to make a disk to have the first part of the serial number to be abble to register, each time I had error messages and the disk which was formated is no longer and need to be demagnetised to be abble to reformat it, the computer refusing to recognize it. I dont know what the Mr Guillet program's did on the disk but the disk drive was making terrible noise and I thought everything will break. I tried on my personnal IBM Ambra and on the 6 computers from my office (HP Brio and HP Vectra) with the same result each time the disk drives (ALPS or Sony) makes a terrible noise and I thought everything will be destroyed. I have nothing again software protection to prevent piracy but it will destroy your hardware it is an other story.
[On that point, RadioRaft would never destroy hardware! What nonsense!]
